Shipping, Returns + Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy:

We process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or you have a shipping concern, contact info@birdie2bogey.ca with your order number and we’ll help.

Canada: Free standard shipping on orders of $125 CAD or more. Standard tracked shipping is $14.95 CAD below $125. Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days.

USA: Free standard shipping on orders of $225 CAD or more. Other shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping estimated delivery: 5–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch. Additional shipping options are shown at checkout.

Please send all return/exchange requests to info@birdie2bogey.ca

Make sure to include return/exchange instructions and order number in your email to ensure the quickest turnaround time. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours during the week.

Return/Exchange Policy: 30 days from delivery of product

-Items must be in new condition with original tags still attached

-Washed items will not be accepted

-Must not smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant

-Customer is responsible for shipping the return/exchange item back

Once your item has been received and processed, your total amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded back to your original payment method. This can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a product, please include the desired item and/or size in your email. If the original product is out of stock, you may choose an item of equal value that is available in our store. If there are no sizes/options for your exchange, you will be refunded back for your purchase minus shipping costs.
